So enough with the stalling and on with the countdown. Here are numbers 4 and 3 on 'TK's Top Ten Comedies Since I've Been Alive- 1986.'
Number 4- Wayne's World (Year Released- 1992)
“It's Wayne's World, Wayne's World, party time, excellent!” The original buddy comedy, packed with shameless plugs, classic day dreaming moments, and of course Cassandra. Mike Myers and Dana Carvey 'Saturday Night Live's' dream team just smashed this movie out of the park and people responded. This movie is one non stop laugh riot that people of all ages can relate to. The lines are epic, the scenes are legendary and did I mention it is absolutely hysterical? And of course in the beginning the Bohemian Rhapsody driving scene, is legendary. Everyone has done that, and don't lie to yourself.

'Wayne's World offers fans of all ages a glimpse into what young adult hood or adults thinking their still young at heart is all about. 'Wayne's World' is a true comedy masterpiece because of it's wit and charm. Wayne Campbell is a man who still lives at home and is just ready to make something with his life, and by his side no matter what is going on is his partner in crime, the brainiac, Garth. The women of 'Wayne's World' are out of this world and I could not mention this movie without mentioning Tia Carrere, aka Cassandra. 'Schwing!' She was so smoking hot in the movie, am I right or what?
'Schwing!' Who hasn't said that during a good night of drinking with friends at a cute girl that has walked by? I know I have and am not embarrassed to admit it. This movie has it all, and every time 'Foxy Lady' comes on by Jimi Hendrix, well you know the move that comes next. And please remember if you're unhappy with this movie arriving at number 4 on the countdown, and you're going to spew, spew into this!
Number 3- Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy (Year Released 2004)
“Good evening, I'm Ron Burgundy.” Yes the man, the myth and the legend, America's favorite anchorman, Ron Burgundy took us all by storm nearly 5 years ago and comedy movies have never been the same. This movie is so damn funny, you have to watch it once a month, well maybe that's just me. This movie is one in which you find something new to laugh at every time you watch it, and that's not easily said about some others. Cast- Ferrell, Vaughn, Applegate, Rudd, Carell, need I go on?
The Channel 4 news team is so outlandishly funny it hurts just thinking about them. Champ, Brick and of course Brian Fantana, television's most reliable news team. I mean how funny are these guys. From Brick's mental problems to Fantana's sex panther, which works 60 percent of the time every time. Not to mention the octagon along with Dr. Kenneth Noisewater and James Westfall. Perhaps the movie's most memorable scene is the news team fight scene which to me is one of the funniest scenes I've ever witnessed period. The cameos are great- Ben Stiller and Luke Wilson, I mean come on. The one liners are so great and Will Ferrell just cements himself as one of the funniest men in history. The boner scene is so awesome, it's a pattern in the pants.
'Anchorman' clocks in at number 3 and is so damn funny it rocks. With rumors flying around of a sequel coming within the next couple of years I only hope that it happens. But no matter what, 'Anchorman' has earned a place in my heart and is quite deserving of being at number 3 on my countdown. 'Stay classy San Diego!'
Well there you have it folks, 'Wayne's World' and 'Anchorman' punch in at numbers 4 and 3. So with only two remaining let the guessing games begin as to who will be fighting it out for number 1. I know I've saved the best and funniest two for last, so let me know who you guys think should be number 1.
I guess I can give you a hint, since you've been such good sports so far. Both of the top two have been released after 2000, so guess away. Stay tuned as this Friday I will debut numbers 2 & 1, so thanks for reading.
