24 Recap: 4:00-5:00 A.M.

24 it's all just blowing up now.

Well fans, like I said last week, things were a bit slow in the universe known as 24, but this week things picked up and picked up fast. Tonight's episode was full of turns and then of course the boom heard round the world, but I'll vow that I canceled the hit, don't worry.

Starting things off tonight, the CTU servers are back up and Chloe has picked something up that might help Jack find Tony. Jack tells Chloe to do a racial profiling essentially because that is what Hodges told him the plan was, to place the blame on a Muslim group so that things wouldn't be traced back to Starkwood. And that is exactly what Tony and his group are doing. Tony and his crew are at this point using the two brothers as they are setting all the pieces up to make it look like he did it. Jibraan the older of the two is who Tony is using and he utterly has no choice. They force him to read a speech stating his hatred for America and why he did the attack on the country.

Tony tells him to wake his younger brother up and tell him to make him believe he is a terrorist. That was a very emotion packed scene right there my friends. His younger brother can't believe his ears and spits in his face. He reminds him that when he said today isn't a good day to be a Muslim, it's an even worse day to be your brother. That is pretty powerful stuff if you don't mind me saying.

Back at the FBI Jack and Renee with Chloe get a lead on a guy who might know where Jibraan lives because his address isn't valid and is living there as an illegal. But before that happens Jack is confronted by Chloe and it is then that he tells her that he is dying and there is no cure. Don't cry Chloe it'll be alright, but she does and I just feel so bad because Jack doesn't want to let anyone or anything help him at his time of need. And it's like damn it Jack we all know you're tough but let them in and help you.

So anyways Jack and Renee go to meet a man who is believed to know the whereabouts of the brothers. He is at a church and is a very holy man and knows all about Jack as he watched his hearings on the television. He and Jack get into it and that was epic. He knows what's coming next as he keeps arguing back and forth and just to make sure he isn't part of this plan Jack takes him with them. So on the way there the man tells Jack that it isn't too late to ask for Jack and Jack has this look on his face like he does hear what this man is saying. So they get to the house and see one of the guys holding the younger brother hostage. They break in to the house and launch a smoke grenade and during the chaos the younger brother breaks a mirror and apparently stabs the guy in the neck, so there goes any information...

Olivia is back at the White House and meets with a man who apparently can have people taken care of. He gives her Hodges itinerary. Olivia gets a mysterious phone call and says the pieces are set up and all she needs to do is transfer the money to this foreign account. Just as about she is going to do it, she clicks cancel and can't go through with it. He gets a whole new identity and is escorted out of the building to a car waiting for him. And sure enough BOOM! Yeah our beloved villain is blown sky high and the phone call regarding his death quickly reaches the White House and Olivia is stunned as is everyone else.

In the end of the episode we discover that Tony plans on unleashing the cannister on the subway, as it will be spread over a wide area and could cause some major casualties.

Other thoughts:

-Glad to see the first man is back and doing well, he is a good character.

-Agent Pierce knows something is up with Olivia and I think is going to crack the case and confront her about it all.

-Where is Kim? A. she is going to save Jack and B. she is too gorgeous not to have on the show, please writers she needs more screen time.

With 3 more episodes to go, it's just getting more insane and I think Tony and Jack have an altercation next week and lets just say I can't wait. Happy viewing 24 fanatics.
