TK takes on FOX'S 2009 Fall Schedule...

Alright boys and girls, FOX is the first of the major networks to announce their fall schedules and I must say it's kind of an interesting one. There is a 'Family Guy' spinoff and some of it's newer hit shows from this past season have wound up on different nights shaking up the schedule a little bit also.

Gone from FOX- Do Not Disturb, Hole in the Wall, Sit Down Shut Up, Terminator: Sarah Connor Chronicles, King of the Hill MadTV and Prison Break.

Fall 2009:

Mondays: House and Lie to Me. (Interesting note- It is going to be interesting to see how Lie to Me holds the House audience lead in. Usually this spot is held by 24 or another big time show but Lie to Me which I watch is a very good show and FOX is putting a lot of faith in it by moving it to Monday nights, which is one of the most popular nights of the week.)

Tuesdays: So You Think You Can Dance. (Yeah, don't watch!)

Wednesday's: So You Think You Can Dance Results Show and Glee. (Again, don't watch either and I give Glee a couple of weeks before it becomes a fall tv casuality.)

Thursday's: Bones and Fringe. (The night of weird and freaky gets a bit stranger. I love Fringe and it has quickly become one of my favorite shows on television. It had a killer first season and moving from Tuesday's to Thursday nights should help the show out because this is a good lineup of shows and each should benefit from the switch.)

Friday's: Brothers, Til Death, Dollhouse. (Don't care because Terminator was on this night and was canned, so screw you FOX.)

Saturday's: Who cares!

Sunday's: Animation Domination: The Simpsons, The Cleveland Show, Family Guy and American Dad. (I'm going to give The Cleveland Show a chance but I don't know the previews aren't doing much for me. If you ask me, Quagmire should of gotten his own show. I think this might be a bad move for both Family Guy quality and Cleveland Show, but we shall see.)

Now onto Spring 2010:

Monday's: House and '24'. (Can't wait for 24!)

Tuesday's: American Idol and Past Life

Wednesday's: American Idol results show and Human Target/Glee

Thursday's: Same as Fall- Bones and Fringe

Friday's: Same as Fall- Brothers, Til Death and Dollhouse.

Sunday's: Animation Domination but in a different order: American Dad, The Simpsons, Sons of Tuscon, Family Guy and The Cleveland Show.

TK's take: Well I don't know how to really feel about this programming. Aside from 24, Lie to Me, Fringe and Family Guy nothing new on the fall schedule looks too appealing. The regular shows should do just fine and new nights for new shoes including Lie to Me and Fringe should help the show gain even more followers. I'll be watching them, will you?

What shows are you guys looking forward to? Let me know your thoughts?

Coming soon- NBC, ABC, and CBS.
