TK takes on NBC's Fall 2009 Schedule

Oh my most watched network has made a mistake this fall. That mistake you ask? Yes it is giving Jay Leno a prime time slot from 9-10pm every night of the week, taking away 5 hours of prime programming from a network that is in desperate need of a hit or two. But Heroes and The Office are back so I'm good, anyways here is the fall 2009 lineup for our beloved NBC.

Shows that are gone- ER, Kath and Kim, Kings, Knight Rider, Last Comic Standing, Life, Lipstick Jungle, Medium and My Name is Earl.

Fall 2009

Monday's: Heroes (New time slot), Trauma (New) and The Jay Leno Show

Tuesday's: The Biggest Loser and The Jay Leno Show

Wednesday's: Parenthood (New), Law & Order: Special Victims Unit

Thursday's: SNL Weekend Update Thursday's (few episodes), Parks and Recreation, The Office and Community (which will shift times once 30 Rock debuts in the Winter) and of course The Jay Leno Show which screws this night up big time.

Friday's: Law & Order, Southland and The Jay Leno Show

2010 WINTER OLYMPIC GAMES TAKE UP FEB 12-28)

AFTER WINTER GAMES ARE OVER NBC SCHEDULE WILL LOOK LIKE:

Monday's: Chuck (New time slot), Day One (New) and The Jay Leno Show

Tuesday's: The Biggest Loser, 100 Questions (New) and The Jay Leno Show

Wednesday's: Mercy (New), Law & Order: SVU and The Jay Leno Show

Thursday's: Community, Parks and Recreation, The Office and 30 Rock, oh yeah The Jay Leno Show.

Friday's: Law & Order, Southland and The Jay Leno Show.

The Jay Leno Show is going to be a major down fall for this network. There isn't a whole lot of buzz heading into their fall season and the network is banking on it's veteran shows to lead the way to establishing ratings for some of it's newer shows. Community has promise with a funny cast headlined by Chevy Chase, but other then that, it's dramas don't look promising except for Day One which I'll be watching as it deals with the world suffering a tragedy beyond repair. So NBC better hope the Leno show pays off big time, but I'll be skipping him and waiting for Conan!!!!
